qualify for group life insurance

I have a small business of 6 employees, 4 women and 2 men. ages from 24 to 57 years old. Could i offer life insurance to them and would everyone qualify no matter their medical condition? Would they each qualify even if they have been declined life insurance?

Groups usually have to be larger than that to qualify.
