I have one too, unclaimed for 29 years now. Check with MassMutual Life Ins. Co., I believe they took over. If not check the dept of insurance to see what companies superceded Jefferson over the years. My claim is from 1983, rec'd letters from massmutual in springfield, mass. phone number I found for them is 800-272-2216.
