What factors help you pick one life insurance company over another?

I have 2 life insurance companies that are offering me very similar quotes (annual premium) on term life insurance. What factors do I need to keep in mind, when deciding which one of them to go with.

When choosing a life insurance company, you need to be sure that the company is financially strong, and exhibits a good performance record with a reputation for integrity. Look for sites accredited by the Better Business Bureau or recommended by media stalwarts such as CNNMoney or The Wall Street Journal. Sites that offer professional support and client servicing through personal telephone calls are also preferable.
