Looking to have a life insurance

I am 32 married, 1 daughter and am looking to have a life insurance. I can get most of this insurance in a 30 yr Term Insurance at a good rate. My question is: within 30 yrs, my kids will have finished college and moved out. If so, would my Term Insurance sufficient or should I look at getting some Permanent Life Insurance?

You have made a great decision on your term life policy. Just remember that once you have paid off life’s major expenses and no longer need heavy-duty life insurance, you still need to fund you retirement and take care of your final expenses. If you have the money to spare, you could simultaneously buy a separate whole life policy to take care of your dependants, final expenses, and possibly some retirement funds for your later years. Alternatively, instead of a permanent life policy you could consider investing the same money in tax-differed investment avenues. The choice is yours.
