mortgage life ins. if you have a reverse mortgage

my parents have a reverse mortgage. what type policy whould they need to purchase for the mortgage to be paid in full a the time of their deaths? is there such a policy? or would their benificiaries be the ones who would purchase such a policy? if so how whould they go about it?
