can someone get life insurance on me without my knowledge

No, because you usually have to sign for the insurance, and take a physical exam in order to qualify for coverage.

The application may also require that you provide your social security number, and family health history, as well as, your own health information.

there are some life insurance companies that do not required any physical exam, in my case someone with my information have did just that,
