what makes u get a table 4 rating

For us, ratings are used when a proposed insured has a medical situation that warrants a sub-standard health situation.

Diabetes, cancer, AIDS, lupus, obesity, heart conditions, etc.

(some of those probably don't even get a rating, they just get declined for insurance)
